1. How much
is shipping?
Shipping
depends on the quantity you order. Prices
per box is normally between $18.00 - $45.00
per box. Example 144 1.5oz clear shot glasses
are $45.00 to ship because there is 144
shot glasses in a box. For wedding flutes
there are 24pcs in a box and price per box
is $16.00. Mixing glasses on the other hand
contains 48pcs in a box and the price for
that is $32.00 to ship.

Can I order a quantity that is not listed?
You can order odd quantity such as 100pcs
but you will be charge the quantity break
price.

How do I send my logo to you?
There are three ways you can send your logo
to us. The easiest and fastiest way to send
artwork is sending via email. The Additional
choice is sending it by fax. The third choice
is sending it by mail.
4.
Do you take rush jobs and if so, how much
extra do you charge?
We accept all rush order jobs. Rush charges
are listed underneath the standard pricing.

5.
Once I place an order, How long does it
take before I get my order?
Our normal production time is around 4-7
working days. Once the order is finish we
will ship the order, this may take from
1-5 working days, this depends in where
you are located. NOTE: We ship from Miami,
Florida 33172.

What is a screen charge for?
This is necessary for us to create your
artwork for you shot glass. We first create
a film, that is places in a special UV light
machine that will burn the image onto the
screen. The ink is then pressed through
the screen to create your image.
A screen charge is a plate in which your
logo is place and then duplicated on each
glass that is being printed

Can I see my logo before you print it?
We can send a mock up of your logo either
by fax or we can email it to you, but you
must request the proof, otherwise we will
not provide you with a proof.

Once I place an order either by internet
or phone, do you send confirmation?
The way we send confirmation is by sending
you a invoice via email. You should expect
an invoice normally the next working day.
9.
What is the minimum order on your glasses?
The absolute minimum is 12pcs

Can you print on two sides?
We can print on two sides, but there is
a fee charge of $0.30 per glass.
11.
Once I receive my glasses, what is your
replacement policy if I receive broken glasses?
Customer are covered financially in case
of breakage. There is no charge for broken
items. However, because broken items cannot
be replaced (quantities less than 36pcs),
it is avisable that customers order enough
extra to allow for the possibility of breakage.
12. Once I receive
my glasses, and if I decided I need more
glasses, what is the minimum order to do
more glasses. Do I still pay for another
screen charge?
For some reason you didn’t order enough
glasses for your event, you can submit an
order minimum quantity of 36pcs. You will
not be charge another screen charge.
13.
Is credit card the only way we can make
a payment?
Credit card is the preferable way to make
a payment to avoid delays, but you can send
payment by check or money order. If you
decide to send either a check or money order,
the production time does not start until
we receive your payment.
14.
Are your glasses dishwasher safe?
Certain imprint on ceratain glassware are
dishwasher safe. We do offer dishwasher
safe and permanent ink imprinting. Please
specify when placing an order.
15.
Can you do other occasions besides weddings
and birthdays?
We can do any occasion you want, if you
don’t have art call our art department
(305) 593-0911 and they make one for you.
16.
Can you put the listed logos on items other
than shot glasses?
You can put any supply art we offer on any
items that we have on our website.
17.
How do I figure my total charges?
The run down on all charges you must pay
in order to place your order is as follow:
Screen charge, Shipping and the screen printed
item.
18.
How are the logos and print applied?
Answer - We screen print our products, but
occasionally if the logo have more then
two colors we will screen print decals and
hand apply them.
19.
Can the print be removed?
Answer - If the product was applied with
a decal then the answer is NO, the print
cannot be removed. Decals are permanant.
Direct print on ceramic are fired at a high
temperature and the print cannot be removed.
Our screen print on our glasses can be scratch
only if the user intentionally scratch the
surface of our product with hard edge tool.
By doing so will damage the product and
we do not replace abused products.
20.
How long does the shot glass print last?
Answer - Decal and Direct print on our ceramic
last forever. It is dishwasher safe and
microwave safe. Metallic print are not Microwave
safe. Direct prints on our Glassware are
required for hand wash only. Glassware direct
prints will only last about 40 commercial
dishwashings. Decals on the the other hand
will last forever.
21.
How many colors can be used?
Answer - We can print as many colors as
your like. I would recommend one color if
you are on a budget. If it is a company
trade mark logo that consist of 2 or more
colors then I would definately recommend
printing the colors that are on the logo.

What sizes can I imprint?
Answer - The size imprint determine on the
product you selected. For shot glasses the
imprint isn't very big, but you can read
every detail clearly. If you want your logo
to show up really big then we suggest your
try another product that is bigger. Example(
the 8oz Bud vase is very tall and you can
use a long logo for it)

What formats do you accept art work?
Answer - We will accept clean, black and
white, camera-ready art or electronic art
(vector based with all text converted to
curves/outlines). If not converted as outline
we will print the file as is. We reserve
the right to determine what is camera-ready
art. If touch-up, redrawing, or design is
required, an art time charge may apply.
Electronic art is accepted for Mac or Windows
and can be submitted on CD, floppy or Zip
disc (100 MB capacity). Send Adobe Illustrator
10 or lower (.ai or .eps), Freehand 8 or
lower (fh8 or .eps) or Corel Draw 9 or lower
(.cdr or .eps). In the event you cannot
provide vector based art, we will accept
TIFF or JPEG, but only at the imprint size
or larger. Grayscale art should be at least
300dpi and bitmap art should be no less
than 600 dpi. If you are having trouble

Do you trademarked logos?
Answer - We print anything you supply us
or want us, but you are repsonsible for
the printing we do for you. We do have a
trademarked logos, but we charge for the
design layout service, not the actually
trademarked logo.

Can we submit a photograph for printing?
Answer - Yes, If it is a full color photograph
we would call it a four color process. Only
here at MugUsa we specialize in printing
high quality images. If the image is in
black and white then it would be consider
only 2 colors.
